3. User Accounts
- Registration must include accurate details (name, contact information).
- Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.
- Users are responsible for account security and all activities under their account.
- We may suspend accounts involved in violations or fraudulent activity.
4. Product & Service Information
- We strive to maintain accuracy, but cannot guarantee all product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
- Plant varieties may vary due to seasonal availability.
- Pricing errors may be corrected after order placement; users will be notified to confirm or cancel.
- Service availability depends on your location and project scope.
5. Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed online or via WhatsApp/phone.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (within Qatar only)
- Prices are listed in QAR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Landscaping design and implementation services are not included in general pricing. A tailored quotation will be provided following a detailed client brief or an on-site assessment by our team.
- Separate Pricing: Design services are priced independently from project implementation.
- Revisions: Up to three design alterations are included.
- Final Approval: Once the design is approved by the client, our team will prepare and deliver a detailed drawing package along with a mood board and specifications.
6. Delivery & Plant Health
• Plant Delivery:
- Free delivery within Doha for orders above QAR 500.
- Typical delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.
- Inspect items upon delivery; issues must be reported within 24 hours for replacements.
• Landscaping Services:
- Timelines depend on project size and weather conditions.
- Any delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., sandstorms) will be communicated promptly.
7. Returns & Refunds
• Plants:
- 7-day return window for unhealthy plants (requires photo proof).
- No returns for perishables (cut flowers, fertilizers).
• Landscaping Services:
- Deposits refundable only if cancellation occurs 14+ days before the project start.
- Post-service issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (e.g., designs, photos, logos) is owned by Verde Qatar. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Plant failure due to improper care after delivery
- Delays caused by weather or supply chain issues
- Indirect damages such as loss of profit
Maximum liability: limited to the value of the order (excluding services).
10. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery and service addresses
- Follow plant care instructions
- Refrain from platform misuse (e.g., hacking, spamming)
