1. About Our Delivery Service

Verde Qatar delivers plants, flowers, gardening products and related items to supported locations throughout Qatar.

This Delivery Information page explains our estimated delivery periods, delivery charges and the procedures followed when completing an order. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed, subject to product availability, preparation requirements, the delivery location and delivery capacity.

Orders requiring special sourcing, customization, repotting or additional preparation may require more time. Verde Qatar will inform the customer if an extended preparation or delivery period applies.

If a delay is expected, Verde Qatar will contact the customer using the telephone number provided with the order and provide an updated delivery arrangement where possible.

3. Delivery Areas and Charges

Delivery charges are based on the selected delivery area. The applicable charge will be displayed or communicated before the customer completes the order.

If a location is not listed, please contact Verde Qatar before placing the order to confirm whether delivery is available and what charge will apply.

4. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• The recipient’s full name;
• An active Qatar telephone number;
• The building, street and zone numbers;
• The area and any relevant landmark;
• The apartment, office or villa number, where applicable; and
• Any necessary access or delivery instructions.

Verde Qatar may contact the customer or recipient to confirm the address, obtain directions or coordinate delivery.

Customers should check their delivery information carefully before submitting an order. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause a delay or prevent delivery.

5. Recipient Availability

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the confirmed delivery address and can be contacted using the telephone number provided with the order.

Where appropriate and with the customer’s or recipient’s approval, an order may be handed to an authorized person at the delivery address, such as a receptionist, security representative, colleague or household member.

Because live plants and flowers may be sensitive to heat, sunlight and handling conditions, customers should arrange for the order to be received promptly and moved to a suitable environment.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, access is restricted or the address information is incomplete or incorrect, Verde Qatar will contact the customer to discuss the available next steps.

An unsuccessful delivery attempt does not automatically cancel the order. Any further delivery arrangement must be confirmed directly by Verde Qatar.

Live plants, flowers and other sensitive products will be handled in a manner considered reasonably appropriate for the product while further arrangements are discussed with the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by product availability, preparation requirements, traffic, weather, road restrictions, incorrect address information, access restrictions, vehicle problems, unusually high order volumes or circumstances outside Verde Qatar’s reasonable control.

If a delay is expected, Verde Qatar will contact the customer using the telephone number provided with the order and provide an updated delivery arrangement where possible.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions

Plants and flowers are natural products. Their size, shape, colour, growth and appearance may vary slightly from website photographs.

If a product becomes unavailable before delivery, Verde Qatar will contact the customer to offer an available alternative, a revised delivery arrangement or a refund for the unavailable item.

Verde Qatar will request the customer’s approval before making a material substitution that significantly changes the product, value, size or overall appearance of the order.

9. Checking the Order on Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

• Unhealthy, damaged or incorrect plants must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
• Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing non-perishable products must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
• The customer should provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.

Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Replacement Policy.

10. Changing an Order or Delivery Arrangement

Requests to change the delivery address, recipient details, preferred date or other delivery instructions are subject to the order’s status and Verde Qatar’s delivery capacity.

Please submit any requested change as early as possible. A change is not confirmed until Verde Qatar accepts and confirms the revised arrangement.

If a requested change affects the applicable delivery charge, Verde Qatar will inform the customer before confirming the change.

11. Cancellation

A delivery request or product order is not cancelled merely because the customer submits a cancellation request or because a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and our Cancellation Policy. An order is cancelled only after Verde Qatar confirms the cancellation to the customer.

12. Changes to This Delivery Information

Verde Qatar may update this Delivery Information when delivery areas, charges, operating procedures or service availability change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The delivery charge and arrangement confirmed for an accepted order will apply to that order unless the customer requests and accepts a later change.
