What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash on delivery (Qatar only)
- Bank transfers (for large landscaping orders)
How long does delivery take?
- Plants & garden supplies: 1–3 business days in Doha, 3–5 days for other areas in Qatar.
- Large landscaping materials: Delivery timelines will be confirmed during checkout based on availability.

Can I return a plant if it dies after delivery?
Live plants cannot be returned for a change of mind after delivery. However, if a plant arrives unhealthy, damaged or different from the product ordered, please contact Verde Qatar within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Verde Qatar will normally arrange an approved replacement at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, Verde Qatar will offer an appropriate refund or another resolution agreed with the customer.
This policy does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable laws in the State of Qatar. Our team is also available to provide plant-care advice after delivery.

Absolutely! Book a free 30-minute consultation online or via WhatsApp. Our experts will assess your space and discuss design ideas, budgets, and timelines.
How do I care for my new plants?
Each plant comes with care instructions. For extra help:
- Visit our Plant Care Guide on the website.
- WhatsApp us for quick advice.
- Schedule a virtual care session with our horticulturist (fees apply).
What if my order is wrong or missing items?
Contact us within 24 hours at info@verde-qatar.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it immediately!
Do you deliver to industrial areas or outside Doha?
Yes, but delivery fees vary. Enter your address at checkout for rates, or WhatsApp us for a quote.
Can I pick up my order from your nursery?
Of course! Select “Pickup” at checkout. Our nursery is open:
- Sun–Thu: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Fri: 3 PM – 9 PM
