At Verde Qatar, we are committed to the quality of our plants and products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted, in accordance with Qatar’s consumer protection laws.
General Eligibility
1. Timeframe
- Plants & Products: Returnable within 7 days from delivery or purchase.
- Landscaping Materials (e.g., pavers, soil): Returnable within 15 days if unopened.
2. Required Documentation
- Original invoice or receipt
- Photos of damaged or defective items (if applicable)
3. Condition Requirements
- Plants must be alive upon return, with clear evidence of delivery-time health issues.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (e.g., cut flowers, fresh fertilizers)
- Custom-designed landscaping elements
- Seasonal or holiday promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
1. Online / WhatsApp Purchases
- Contact us within 24 hours for plants, or 48 hours for other items.
- Email: returns@verde-qatar.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
2. In-Store Purchases
- Bring the item and receipt to our nursery for inspection.
3. Landscaping Materials
- Unopened bags of soil/fertilizer may be exchanged within 15 days.
Approval & Processing
- Plant health claims are verified by our horticulturist within 48 hours.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Replacements are delivered within 3–5 business days (within Qatar).
Special Cases
Damaged During Delivery
- Must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof for a free replacement.
Wrong Item Delivered
- We will arrange a pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost.
